Shawn Knight Takes Afternoons on Hot 106.5 in Jacksonville

Cox Media Group (CMG)'s WHJX (Hot 106.5) in Jacksonville, FL adds Shawn Knight to afternoons. Most recently, he was with Cumulus AC KMAJ-FM (Majic 107.7) in Topeka, KS as morning host. The veteran air personality had co-hosted "The Majic Morning Show" since July, 2021 from 5:30-10am. A Chicago native, Knight has been an on-air staple for over two decades.
Before joining KMAJ, Knight was Assistant Brand Manager/afternoon host at Urban AC KISX (107.3 Kiss FM) in Tyler, TX. He's also been heard on Urban AC WKZJ (K92.7) in Columbus, GA; Urban WPWX-FM (Power 92) in Chicago; WTLC-AM & FM in Indianapolis; and on Urban-Gospel WGCI-AM & FM in Chicago.
