James Conner Named GM of Emmis' Network Indiana

James Conner, longtime General Manager of Emmis/Terre Haute, IN, is appointed General Manager of co-owned Network Indiana, effective January 30. Conner managed stations in Terre Haute for the last 22 years, including Country WTHI-FM. Conner has also served 15 years on the Indiana Broadcasters Board of Directors, was Chairman of the Board in 2010 and was awarded the Tom Severino Leadership Award in 2010.
"James will lead Network Indiana with a mission to continue our history of building meaningful value with our Network Indiana team and for our affiliates," said Emmis/Indianapolis Senior VP/General Manager Chuck Williams. "Network Indiana is a strong brand and an important ingredient in the success of our Emmis Indianapolis Radio Division. James will be focused on helping our team grow Network Indiana relationships, operations and of course, growing value for this historic Emmis Brand."
Network Indiana is a statewide news network providing news, sports and business programming to affiliated stations throughout the state.
