MeTV FM (87.7 FM)/Chicago has joined a growing list of affiliates who are giving listeners 10 hours of "The 100 Greatest Christmas Hits of All Time." Listeners will hear commentary from the hit-making stars themselves as legendary broadcaster, Wink Martindale, supplies the stories and fun facts in this annual countdown.

"The 100 Greatest Christmas Hits of All Time will be making spirits bright for a second straight year on MeTV FM," said Chicago Program Director Rick O'Dell. "The mix of holiday standards and surprises, celebrity greetings and Wink Martindale's instantly familiar voice and inviting personality are an ideal fit with the timeless and memorable music our listeners have come to count on whenever they tune into 87.7 FM."

Filling out each hour of the special are a handful of "bonus tracks"-other beloved Yuletide gems guaranteed to bring back memories. More than 160 stars offer Yuletide greetings plus insightful commentary. They include The Beatles, Justin Bieber, Garth Brooks, The Eagles, Ariana Grande, Josh Groban, Faith Hill, Elton John, Johnny Mathis, Pentatonix, Bruce Springsteen, Tricia Yearwood and more.

Updated to include music from this past year, the program is based on data compiled by Billboard magazine and listings of the Christmas tracks most played on radio over the past decade that spans from 1942 to today.
