Hartbeat has entered into an agreement with DraftKings to launch "Bet!" -- a new sports and pop culture podcast with a unique twist. Hosted by Desus Nice and Scottie Beam, "Bet!" brings an interactive edge to discussions on the biggest sports and entertainment moments. Starting Thursday, the first episode features Desus and Scottie putting their cultural expertise and competitive spirits to the test with conversations, pop culture predictions, sports insights and more.

"There's a lot of pundits and so-called experts throwing out their opinions, but how many actually get to see their predictions put to the test?" said Beam. "Desus and I aren't just talking -- we're putting it all on the line, and letting our fans jump in to see who can really back up their predictions."

"DraftKings is constantly exploring new and creative ways to engage with our customers on a deeper level," said DraftKings Chief Marketing Officer Stephanie Sherman. "We are excited to work with Hartbeat on Bet! and give listeners a cutting-edge podcast series that lives at the intersection of sports and culture."

Desus Nice is a comedian from the Bronx who made his start on Twitter. He previously co-hosted Showtime's WGA award-winning late-night talk show Desus & Mero for four seasons covering the week's hot topics and chatting with guests at the intersection of pop culture, sports, music, politics and more. Scottie Beam is a media personality, model, mental health advocate, and cultural authority who was born in The Bronx, New York. She earned her start on-air with WQHT (Hot 97) in New York morning show "Ebro in the Morning."

The series is executive produced by Eric Eddings, Lesley Gwam, and Tina Maher, with Alex Duckworth serving as producer, and associate producers Jeremy Benbow and Tyree Rush from Hartbeat.
