Lovejoy gets a separation payment and a post-employment business-planning services deal paid for by Fisher. He's also under a one-year non-solicitation and non-compete agreement.
VP/Finance Hassan Natha will replace Lovejoy and will become VP/CFO, effective January 1. Natha has served in her present position since November, 2008, and Principal Accounting Officer since December, 2008.
Prior to joining Fisher, Natha served as CFO/Corporate Secretary at Jones Soda Co.
Concurrently, George Warren Jr. is retiring from Fisher's board of directors when his current term expires at the company's 2011 annual shareholders meeting.
