Jacobs Media, A&O&B to Form Social Media Pact

In what it calls an "innovative collaboration," Jacobs Media will make social media strategist Lori Lewis available to Country radio stations advised by consultants Albright & O'Malley & Brenner. Lewis will provide services in markets that aren't competitive with Jacobs Media clients. Lewis has spent the past three years providing digital and social media strategies for Jacobs Media and jacAPPS.

"Partnerships are happening throughout the radio industry, and this one makes great sense. Lori Lewis is the face of social media in radio, and will bring great value to Albright & O'Malley & Brenner's clients," said Jacobs Media President Fred Jacobs. "We are big fans of Jaye, Mike, and Becky and this is a great fit for both of our companies and clients."

"Jacobs Media is synonymous with cutting edge thinking that has benefitted our industry tremendously," said Albright & O'Malley & Brenner Partner Mike O'Malley. "That's something that we aspire to as well. The opportunity for our stations to be exposed to Lori's expertise is immense. Plus the shared passion each of our companies has for radio makes this a 1+1 = 10 opportunity."

Becky Brenner added, "Our research indicates that country listeners are extremely social. I cannot think of anyone more qualified than Lori to guide us, and our stations, to growth and success in that universe."

Lewis is a frequent speaker and presenter at radio conferences and events throughout North America, and has become the go-to person for all things social media.

"It is a privilege to not only work for Jacobs Media clients but to also assist Albright & O'Malley & Brenner and their Country portfolio. I look forward to helping radio use social to personalize the fan experience and translate that behavior into listener growth."
