Nueva Network Expands Leadership, Sales Team

Nueva Network has promoted Jeffery Liberman to CEO and COO as the Spanish-language media company expands its leadership, digital capabilities and regional sales operations. In his expanded role, Liberman will help guide Nueva Network's strategic direction and operations, including its national Spanish-language audio network, owned-and-operated radio stations, digital business and presence in key U.S. markets.

The company also announced several additions to its sales organization. Karl Alonso Meyer joins as Executive Vice President of Sales & Strategic Partnerships, charged with strengthening agency relationships and driving network revenue. Meyer has more than 35 years of media experience, including senior executive positions with Entravision Communications and Univision.

Ben Alexander will become Executive Vice President, Digital Sales, effective September 14. He will oversee Nueva Network's digital sales and multiplatform initiatives. Alexander's background includes national and local digital sales, programmatic advertising and multicultural media strategy at Univision, Time Inc./People en Espanol and Zeta Global.

Nueva Network is also expanding its regional sales presence. Ilsy Bu joins as Account Executive in Washington, DC, focusing on local direct business and brand partnerships. Her more than 15 years of experience includes positions with El Tiempo Latino-The Washington Post and Entravision's Univision affiliate in Washington.

Diego Roessler joins the company's Northeast regional team as Account Executive in Boston. He brings more than 20 years of sales experience, including consultative sales, new business development and client relationship management.

"We are thrilled to expand our team with such exceptional talent as we continue to scale our network footprint, our owned and operated radio stations, and digital capabilities," Liberman said.
