Max Media's KJHM (Jammin' 101.5)/Denver is rebranding as "Mile High Vibe." The Rhythmic AC outlet will continue to focus on R&B while also featuring hyper-local content on and off the air. In addition to the rebrand, KJHM addd market veteran Kathie J for middays. She's spent over 20 years on the air in Denver on both radio and TV. Morning host Tony V and PD/afternooner PD Senen "SLiM" Rodriguez remain in place.
Operations Director Adrian Scott said, "Jammin' 101.5 - The Mile High Vibe isn't confined to an era or category when it comes to defining our music selection, we cater to the Mile High City's Vibe."
Max Media/Denver GM Sean Rhoads adds, "Our mission is and has always been to serve our community and our business partners. This is just another step toward solidifying our position within the community. This is not a format flip, this is only a rebranding or a brand polish. We are creating a feeling, not just a format."
Kathie J said, "I am excited to be back on the airwaves with the new rebranding of the "Mile High Vibe." I've always loved this city and can't wait to connect on a daily basis."
