Sierra H. Broadcasting has named veteran radio programmer and air personality Eric Rosado as its new Director of Content. Rosado will oversee programming and talent development for the company's flagship Phoenix stations, KZCE-FM (101.1 The Bounce) and KAJM-FM (Mega 104.3). In his new role, Rosado will also take on weekday afternoons from 3-7pm on KZCE.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Rosado's career has spanned top markets across the country, including San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, Sacramento, and Fort Myers, where he held key roles with Clear Channel and iHeartMedia.

Rosado has been instrumental in shaping Rhythmic CHR and Urban formats, contributing to syndicated programs like "Ghetto House Radio" and creating niche formats such as "Dance Nation 90's" on iHeartRadio. His on-air presence has also been a fixture at numerous stations, where he typically hosted afternoon drive.

"We are thrilled to welcome Eric to our team, and we are confident that his leadership will inspire our staff and continue to keep our brands growing in our rapidly expanding, competitive market," said Ken Brentlinger, owner of Sierra H. Broadcasting.

Rosado expressed enthusiasm about joining the company, noting its commitment to local content and community connection. "I am very excited to join Sierra H. Broadcasting, who puts people first and believes in local radio," Rosado said. "Our connection to the community and ability to program to the lifestyle and vibe of Phoenix is a huge factor in making radio a stand-out product that people want to keep coming back to."

He added, "These two brands are important to this large and growing market, and I look forward to creating a winning culture within our team and making some major noise in the Valley of the Sun."
