Jacobs Media to Present ''On Air Pulse'' Study

On Air Pulse
On Air Pulse

Jacobs Media will unveil findings from its latest air talent study, "On Air Pulse," during a free webinar scheduled for Wednesday, August 13 at 1pm ET/10am PT. The research offers a unique look into the mindset of Christian radio personalities and how their experiences and perceptions differ dramatically from those working in commercial radio.

The new study, developed in partnership with Christian Music Broadcasters, is the sixth in a series of talent-focused surveys conducted by Jacobs Media since 2018. Previous research has identified growing concerns among radio talent, including increased stress, a perceived lack of appreciation from management, the implications of AI in broadcasting, and ongoing challenges for women in the industry.

"On Air Pulse" zeroes in on how Christian radio talent view their roles, workplaces, and futures in broadcasting-uncovering what Jacobs Media describes as "spectacular differences" when compared to their commercial radio counterparts. The upcoming webinar aims to explore those contrasts and what they might mean for radio operators across formats.

"This is a must-see for anyone who believes that talent is the key differentiator in radio," said Jacobs Media. "Understanding how on-air personalities think-and how those thoughts vary between sectors-can offer valuable insights for managers, programmers, and broadcasters navigating today's media landscape."

The August 13 webinar is free and open to the public. Click here to register.
