PodcastOne Expands Comedy & Sports Lineup With New Deals

PodcastOne
PodcastOne

PodcastOne has added two shows to its roster, entering a multi-year deal for the exclusive sales and distribution rights to Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet and expanding its relationship with Notsam Wrestling to include exclusive sales rights. The additions bring PodcastOne's lineup to more than 200 shows, bolstering its presence in comedy and sports.

Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet, hosted by siblings Xandy and Christine Schiefer, offers dramatic readings of one-star reviews posted online, satirizing complaints about everything from "no-throw-up" bar policies to excessive nudity at beaches. The comedy podcast has built a strong following for its humorous take on the internet's most absurd critiques.

PodcastOne has also deepened its partnership with Sam Roberts' Notsam Wrestling, which the network has previously distributed. The new agreement extends into sales, creating fresh opportunities for monetization. Roberts, known as "The Last Professional Broadcaster," delivers weekly commentary on WWE, AEW, and professional wrestling, alongside interviews with leading figures in sports entertainment.

"PodcastOne is thrilled to welcome Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet to our roster of top ranked and award-winning comedy podcasts. We've been following Xandy and Christine for a long time and couldn't be happier to be including them on our network," said Eli Dvorkin, Chief Content Officer of PodcastOne. "Sam Roberts with Notsam Wrestling has always been a great partner and the expansion of this relationship allows for many more opportunities around monetization that we're excited to enter with him."

Both programs are available on PodcastOne, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, iHeart, Amazon, and all major podcast platforms.
