Red Apple Audio Networks has launched a new syndicated weekend program, "Rockin' the Decades with Tony Orlando." The two-hour show features Orlando guiding listeners through music from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and beyond, blending well-known hits with stories behind the songs and artists.
Orlando, who has been heard on WABC since 2020, said the program is designed to connect audiences with the memories and emotions tied to familiar music, while highlighting the cultural impact of classic recordings.
Chad Lopez, President of Red Apple Media, said the show is built around a personality-driven format that combines storytelling with widely recognized songs, offering stations a turnkey option for weekend or evening programming.
Each episode will also include a recurring feature, "Tony's Song Spotlight," providing background on notable rock and pop tracks. The program is designed for broad audience appeal, with Red Apple positioning it as a flexible addition for stations seeking music-based weekend content anchored by a familiar voice.
