RAB Elects Rob Babin Chair for 2027

The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) has elected Cox Media Group's Rob Babin as Chair of its Board of Directors for 2027. The new slate of officers and directors was unanimously approved during RAB's Fall Board meeting in Cleveland.

Joining Babin as officers are Bonneville International's Scott Sutherland as Vice Chair, Lenawee Broadcasting Company's Julie Koehn as Treasurer and Audacy's Jenny Nelson as Secretary. Townsquare Media's Erik Hellum will serve as Immediate Past Chair.

"RAB plays a vital role in bringing our industry together to address the opportunities and challenges ahead for radio," said Babin. "I am honored to serve as Board Chair and look forward to working alongside our board members, RAB leadership and industry partners to champion radio's unique value, strengthen our industry and drive continued growth."

Four executives are joining the RAB Board of Directors: Kevin LeGrett of Beasley Media Group, Greg Davis Jr. of Davis Broadcasting, Trip Savery of Curtis Media Group and Peter Tanz of Midwest Communications.

RAB also appointed Salem Media Group Chief Revenue Officer Linnae Young to its Executive Committee.

The 2027 Executive Committee also includes Hartley Adkins of iHeartMedia, Kristin Cantrell of Seven Mountains Media and CapCity Communications, Duane Davis of All Pro Broadcasting, Chris Forgy of Saga Communications, Ginny Hubbard of Hubbard Media That Connects, RAB's Mike Hulvey, Christine Travaglini of Katz Radio Group, Bob Walker of Cumulus Media and Jeff Warshaw of Connoisseur Media.
