Shanks Broadcasting of Macon, GA has agreed to acquire translator W279AR (103.9) in Jesup, GA from NIA Broadcasting of Kingsland, GA for $20,000. Shanks Broadcasting is a sports network headed by Managing Partner Bill Shanks. The company owns nine stations in Macon, middle Georgia and south Georgia. Neal Ardman's NIA Broadcasting of Kingsland, GA, owns stations in Tampa-St. Petersburg.

Guest Technology & Brokerage represented the buyer and is escrow agent.
