vCreative, a provider of media workflow software, has announced an integration of its vPromotions and PromoSuite Mail products, designed to streamline the management of contests and communications in the broadcasting industry. This new solution promises a seamless experience for contest management, winner communication, and continuous audience engagement, catering not only to broadcasters but also to wider brand promotions.

The integration addresses the common inefficiencies in event marketing and radio promotions, which often involve manual tasks such as exporting lists, copying email addresses, and toggling between unrelated platforms. Now, with the ability to instantly transfer winner data to PromoSuite Mail, users can send targeted email campaigns, exclusive offers, prize confirmations, and regular newsletters without the cumbersome steps previously required.

Mary DelGrande, CEO of vCreative, highlighted the benefits of the integration, stating, "At vCreative, our mission has always been to address our clients' needs by providing seamless, efficient solutions that reduce points of entry and eliminate unnecessary complexities." She added, "The integration between vPromotions and PromoSuite Mail is another step in that direction-giving broadcasters unlimited outreach and fully customizable templates, all within a fixed-cost structure."
